1.0_ Design Philosophy
Timelessless, inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright
45 Orrong Road was about taking the concept of timelessness, and transcending it. Every element was in-tune with this concept. The design was inspired by architectural classics such as Frank Lloyd Wright and classic materials were used for both exteriors and interiors, resulting in a development that will look just as good in 30 years time as it does today. The way it should be.
2.0_ Material Insight
Combinations of Classic and New
45 Orrong Road uses the best materials and the finest craftsmanship to create comfortable homes that respect the past and serve our residents well into the future. Interiors use classic, sophisticated colour and material palettes. Terrazzo and oak, partnered with brushed chrome and chevron parquetry. Combinations of classic and new. Timless by design.
Natural marble slabs, imported from Italy, bring an understated sophistication to the kitchen benches. Burnished metal then wraps the end of the benches. Classic meets modern.

2.0_ Design Signature
Light and Shade, by John Patrick
We take the outside spaces just as seriously as the inside. Collaborating with John Patrick Landscape Architects, planting and landscapes were designed to complement and accentuate the building’s architecture. Our vertical planting, established feature trees, and extensive planters on every level offer abundant greenery, and established feature trees respect the heritage context and balance the need for light and shade across the seasons.
