Perhaps not the sexiest innovation, but certainly one of the smartest, these skylights designed in California feature patented prismatic lenses that evenly disperse natural light throughout the home. Described by the manufacturer as “allowing more daylight for more hours of the day, for more days of the year, in more geographic locations” we are struggling to fault this idea. We love flooding our developments in luxurious natural light and with a little more emphasis on form alongside function, we would consider incorporating these into a future development.
