As you know, we pride ourselves on discovering sites that others may overlook; that’s where we find the real gems. It’s about high value locations, in suburbs of high demand.
The Moda team are extremely excited about a site we have acquired and have earmarked it for a landmark residential project to be designed by renowned Tasmanian architects, Room 11.
9 Sandy Bay Road holds an elevated position to the south west of Sullivans Cove. Overlooking St David’s Park, it is only a 4 minute walk down to Salamanca Place and Constitution Wharf. It’s an amazing location with an A-grade outlook which makes us genuinely excited about the opportunity that lies ahead.
Moda and Room 11 are in the process of curating a design of architectural excellence and are looking for your valued input to help us shape this milestone project.
We would love to hear what you would like to see if you were to buy in this project. The information you provide will help ensure that our offering meets the needs of those most important to us.
Room11 has a reputation for creating exquisite and specific architecture in Tasmania. A sensitivity to, and preoccupation with, the superlative Tasmanian landscape typifies their work which includes the award-winning D’Entrecasteaux House, Lighthouse, GASP!, Highway House, Lookout House and Little Big House. The architecture of Room11 has been widely published and can be found in books by Taschen, Gestalten and Thames & Hudson. Room11 is exhibiting at La Biennale di Venezia, 2018.
