Developer Moda, along with the local architecture team at Room 11, are genuinely motivated to contribute to Hobart’s emerging reputation as a centre of design excellence. Highly considered from every angle and meticulously detailed throughout, it aims to set a new standard in medium density living in Tasmania.

Impeccably Detailed Living Environments

It will be a building of outstanding architectural merit. Robust, earthy materials such as brass piping, folded metal staircases and off-form concrete will combine to create a finely detailed material palette and an overall building of a quality rarely seen. Highly finessed and precisely detailed, these characteristics will carry through to the interiors to create genuinely noteworthy homes.

Room 11 has a reputation for creating exquisite and specific architecture in Tasmania. They are the first Australian architecture firm to be selected to exhibit at the International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, and their groundbreaking work has been published and awarded nationally and internationally. Influenced by superlative Tasmanian landscape typifies their work, with much of it viewed by industry professionals and keen observers as culturally significant.
